Is there a place to advertise for this type of business.  

@Micah Manor - When you say you have had success with signage, are you referring to "bandit sign" style advertising?

You're spending time and money to not only get your license, list, advertise, but then you have to find a broker who will hold your license only for you to sell your apartment, and that broker will require a commission as well. 

Then take new photos and advertise with all new appliances.

You can do a quick internet search and see the typical expense categories (advertising, insurance, management, etc.). 

Is this something I would have to advertise for sale on a site like grave solutions or would I just hold it till someone random person knocks on my door asking if I'm interested in selling?

., I am buying this $10MM multifamily property, and I am raising money for that specific deal.A sponsor talking about a fund or deal on a public forum like BP is considered advertising, and may be illegal depending on which exemption to registration is being used.

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or loose money in any market.

The catch is these can’t be advertised so you have to network to find them!

I have different software programs that do many things that are requested on this forum, but I can't see paying to be a Pro Member and then paying to advertise so that I can give it away.
