Hi Anthony, I live in Puerto Rico and I got to tell you that duplex properties down here are not quite the best investment unless you want it for personal use or buy for rent.

I think what should happen is that whoever they got it from should be able to email it to that person - so if I applied at trans Union within their system I can add who to send too and it would go to themI wouldn’t trust it coming from someone.

I’m basing that more on things like W2’s being issued by a business versus what was reported by the person who received it - but I imagine it extends to all types of transactions.you are flirting with danger though.

I know these are not mythical creatures because they are all over the va.gov website, but it sure feels like it.I'd find the VA-registered builder first and ask who they work with on the mortgage side of things.
