As I was mentioning to @Isaac Black he needs to stand by until the relief of Stay is lifted regarding the home because at that point he can negatiate a deal on the home and the  trustee can continue to auction the property if the loan is not reinstated or paid off.

I can hardly stand to have my capital unutilized until my tax returns become available.

Have a good calm discussion with the tenants, bring in an unrelated 3rd party if you need to to keep things civil.

They are at school away from their parents, they sure as hell don’t want to move into an apartment with their landlord right there telling them no parties.

Burning one parties car was the way one of the parties involved decided to handle the situation.Best part about the car fire was one of the parties forgot which car was owned by the tenant.

So my question is, am I able to buy a property in Orlando with the intent to move in within the year but be able to rent the property to another party for an approximate 6-9 month lease until I move in permanently?
