- Any advice for the squatting tenant in NYC?

Should I save and pay it off quickly or would the money be better in my pocket or in stock market?

So, I inherited my father's assets when he passed in March 2023.

We are in agreement that my moving into the apartment is a huge contribution but don't know how to factor it into the deal.

My wife and I are exploring purchasing a rental in Lisbon, Portugal.  

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

A local handyman would fit that bill, and perhaps a couple who could shop for and bring in the consumables.  

However, I'm finding it challenging to network with other investors in the area.
