Huntsville is in the middle and you can literally go in any direction and still be 30 to 45 minutes from entertainment/activities/shopping/medical anywhere you WANT to be!!!!    

ADU's cannot be rented short term.. and if you have the option to provide some outdoor/patio space it'll be even easier to rent out.  

Your outdoor unit will also last longer because you're only using it half the time.
