It takes alot of intuition psychology and verry hard work to sucseed in this business you have to love chalenges its kind of like paying off a 30 year mtg but the more you learn the easyer it becomes theres alot to know from begining to end most important is working for someone that you can trust if its your own business then you should do fine but you cant do it all by your self originate process underwrite track the loans etc etc etc.......

I most recently, had a call from someone that knows me, and said "call this guy, he has a 300 unit building and may want to sell" so the power REALLY is in networking with attorneys, loan officers, your county gov and local boards, financial advisors, etc. etc. etc.

Blogs and forums make it sound like every top producing loan officer was getting a little something something, but when it comes to investigations, there has not been a whole lot of evidence that this is happening.I find it pretty much impossible to point to evidence of kick-backs unless somebody is whistle blowing, because where would these payments be reflected in any of the loan docs at closing?
