I'm sure you've notice what's happening to metro stations & DC becoming a public commuter city)- Review market rates (Rents)- Nothing beats driving around the area and checking for yourself (day & night)- Read articles (Bisnow, Business Insider, Washington BizJournal)Please let us know your journey and how things are going.

Plenty of articles on here to walk you through it, but as always, go find a local real estate attorney to answer specific questions and have the lease / option drawn up!

Hey @Redgy Saint-Germain , The very first article of the Realtor Code of Ethics states that agents are to a "pledge themselves to protect and promote the interest of their client" (you).

I've read some articles related to this issue when mistakes in the deeds are made, and I'm hoping that an attorney will help me to file an error affidavit or offer another option which will not involve a court process.
