You should look at precinct reports and drive by the neighborhoods you are looking at properties at night to get a better feel on safety in the areas.

So she took it upon herself to go to a hotel that night and when rent was due, she attempted to charge me her hotel bill.

How long did you educate yourself before you decided to dive in?

I did some quick research on Airbnb and discovered similar houses go for $250 to $350 per night depending how close they are to the air show and if they are on the near by lake.My questions are:1.)

We are hired BECAUSE we perform a service insulating the landlord from self-doubt and recrimination that comes from believing sob stories, getting bullied, failing to follow-through, etc.And yes, I sleep very well at night because I sympathize and empathize and cry right along with them when I'm in front of the judge getting the eviction. 

i worked at the office during the day, and from 5-11 every night, I worked as a server at a local restaurant.  

I have kids, so my time is limited to the early morning and late night hours (or lunch at work).

I'm ready to take my first dive by finding a property in Essex county and sell it to a buyer.
