I went through Colibri recently to get my real estate license.

Hi all,I am new to the real estate world, and my primary purpose in posting this is to introduce myself to fellow investors and agents in the area.

I would recommend trying to find some local meetups to attend.

Here you are doing the due dilligence that they are supposed to do.   

There's now a whole generation of homeowners that need to cycle out of historically low rates to free up that inventory enough to create price drops.

I'm not currently taking the classes as I'm about to close on my first house here in a few weeks and wanted to get situated with that and the move.

As far as property managers and realtors go in Rochester, I haven't done any business down there but if you look on BP next to the "Build Your Investing Team" section, you should be able to find some folks in the area. 

Then I could step in if sh*t hits the fan, but otherwise would be hands off.Does anyone know what an offshore virtual assistant would cost for this per month?
