Playing devil's advocate, we could have the reverse statement: it's probably a guarantee that a lot of experienced/season investors are sweating it right now because they invested in a property/properties where the numbers didn't make sense.

I honestly think that Utah is pretty well insulated and that perhaps we'll have a small, seasonal cooling off period this fall and winter, but because inventory levels are so low, we'll continue to see appreciation in the spring and beyond.
