I do caution you though some of the meetups are just trying to sell you guru service, especially the ones that charge you to attend, black diamond always has someone with knowledge and experience speak and share their knowledge, and they never try to pitch any of that guru stuff.

But before she sells, said she needs to get all of the stuff out of there.She sounds like she is in her late 60's / early 70's and probably has no capacity to move all of the stuff out on her own anyway.I followed up with her early December and she said she still needs to get the stuff out, but it is now too cold and wants to wait.How can I pitch an offer to someone like this that will help them to move the process forward?
