I've tried reading the law, and I'm no lawyer... the jargon goes over my head a bit...Second, in regards to the tenant-buyer exercising the option, if they decide to do so, do you have the actually purchase (at least on paper) the property from the seller before selling it yourself to the tenant-buyer?
