It's a bit of challenge finding good folks for this building given the area, but the long game might be more synergistic.

Neither party really has the ability to fully control the agenda so both are going to need to accept some significant compromise positions, and where that will fall is at this point just a pure guessing game.

This idea is like a Rube Goldberg machine built out of broken Ritz crackers and pick-up stix.

With residential home prices at historically high levels, we are looking at off market homes to Live in and Flip to get started in the game.
