Now that two more iFunding execs have joined the conversation maybe they can either answer it now.My concern is when this deal was starting to unravel, how did iFunding get control of the asset? 

I would suggest joining your local REI club after you get out of the service.

New to the board- Heard some good things about this board from another one of which I am a member of and decided to join.

I don't know much about real estate except price goes up and down; however, that's my objective for joining the blog.

I joined this forum to find investment deals in other parts of the country, however if anyone needs a realtor in Hawaii, my wife is very proactive and is dedicated to customer service.
