Hello everyone!
So here's my story: I'm 23, I bought my first home a little over a year ago in Colorado and had a great time with it (even though I had no clue what I was doing). I had just gotten off active duty in the army. A few months later I was deployed again with my reserve unit (I'll be coming home in late February) Well, with my free time I've been researching real estate investing and think it's something I could really get into. I'm looking forward to getting started once I get settled at home again, I figure I can read every book there is, but probably won't really learn much until I start. I found this site while looking for a bigger variety of opinions and hope to also find some encouragement. So I'll be talking to you all soon!
