Because investing in real estate in general seems to offer more of an advantage than just stockpiling extra money from our W2 job into a high yield savings account. 

It is community that is used to renting and plenty of diversity in the job opportunities.   

Good opportunity to increase income and boost returns as seen in my data.

It could easily get you through floors, paint, appliances but so much is list and size of job dependent.

They will have access to deals and their job is to real estate full time.

If anyone here has recommendations or can point me in the right direction to find legal counsel experienced in navigating subject-to-deals, I would greatly appreciate it.Additionally, I'm actively seeking opportunities in the multifamily real estate market.

Just make sure you hire a qualified and competent contractor as glazing jobs can look bad if not done right. 

I have a growth mind set and want to learn and share through every opportunity.  

By having those 3 areas covered you will have more opportunities on what you can and cannot do.
