I'd imagine the nightly rate would be lower than STR prices in a higher-end neighborhood so guests shouldn't expect high end for the lower rate.

@Arta Montero, I can't imagine that your current home would make a good rental.

I definitely want to rebab, I just didn’t think I had enough capital to do so, hence the reason to want to wholesale first.But, after speaking to a private lender, with the cash on hand and my credit score, I can def buy something decent and rehab it, for sure.This was a learning experience beyond what I imagined.
