I am not advising you to pay a premium of course (lol), but I do believe as the market becomes more mature, there is obviously a value, as a goodwill, or an intangible asset, built by renting a property as a STR.

"Lease to Own option": essentially means you are leasing the how with the RIGHT to buy the property after a certain period You are not required to buy it but you may buy it at the specified price at the time of maturity.
