There are some great property management podcasts and Facebook groups of interested in learning more quicker.

Many people have listed great suggestions including: Contact local owners of similar properties to further understand how they financed their deal Contact local credit unions and community banks who are eager to partnerContact a regional bank who sees the value in the property Visit a local REI group/meetup and gather as many referrals as possible

Those are the primary food groups. 

In my experience it takes a couple of years of talking with these groups to build the relationship to the point of them funding a deal. 

As an aspring real estate investor interested in buy and hold rentals, I've spent a great deal of time thus far leveraging the numerous BP resources and am now looking to upgrade my BP membership to fully capitalize upon the great tools and utilities available.My question to the group: Would you suggest Pro or Plus?

In all seriousness, you boys would do best just piling into one side of a duplex as roommates and doing a group house hack.

I know there's a LOT that I'm not thinking of here, so wanted to ask the group what considerations I'm missing (loan terms / tax implications are top of mind).
