Hi, I’m new to this group. I started investing in the Philippines 10 years ago. Started with a condo unit and now i have 3 all paid off and a decent size of land close to the new airport that they are currently building. The 3 condo units are providing minthly cashflow. I’m working on acquiring 5 units of townhouses pre-construction.

Thanks BiggerPockets for the quality of information that you deliver!!! It help me a lot in understanding more in real estate.

Hi Shariff,

First off, nicely done with your fully paid condos generating rent income.

Which location are you looking at in the Philippines for the townhouses? And what sort of advice do you need?

I'm working as a broker here. Would love to help out even we're all stuck at home because of the virus.

Cheers and keep safe,

John
