Not every person is like this, but this is where you also need to get a good read on people to understand - as I started with, its not black and white but its gray in most instances.

@Demetria SanchezDouble closing with transactional funding is a good solution if you have a willing closing attorney and a buyer in contract.

I do think it will weed out agents that are part time and not in it for the long haul
