@Albert Hasson Thanks for the reply.I have spoke to a couple friends of mine, 1 is a commercial banker, another is a very large investor in Philly and neither have heard of a Guidance Line for rental properties.Your description is similar to my thoughts on how it would function.

@Brian Ash give the search function a try as there has been a LOT of discussion about this lately.My take is that if you randomly choose a turnkey provider you are likely to get some combination of an overpriced house with claims of rent in excess of market reality and a shoddy rehab that will continue to require ongoing maintenance.

To use the @ mention function, just type @ followed by a question mark and a list of choices will pop up at the bottom of the text window.You're really, really limiting your choices if you choose only Homepath houses that are eligible for renovation loans.
