Construction management is what my employees do, contracts acquisition and project management is my area, it doesn't mean I can't be a construction manager. our family owned company has 150 in-house employees at any given time, 300-400 on normal days with 3 simultaneous projects. government cost plus exists but on a monthly basis, as you know, they don't have the resources to pay you weekly, just a waste of their time.I still stand behind my statement that cost plus is a simple contract that what you spend is what you get plus a percent, plain and simple.
