I am a brand new agent and long time teacher.I am in the process of finding a firm that is the right fit and making it full time.Question: IS it the norm for new agents to start as buyers agents?

If there isn't a set space for each tenant's dog, make sure you require renters to have insurance-- dogs fight, and vet bills are very expensive, and they will be quick to involve the rich landlord and somehow try and make it your fault.Lastly.... how the dog acts is  99% reflective of  the owner, we have one duplex unit, she has 4 dogs, takes A+ care of them, walks them, lets them out.. 0 damage to the unit.. so it's really all about the owner!  

So I can’t say that AR is the land of magic returns but it did (and does) fit my personal situation, risk profile, etc.

I dove into research on eXp and it was a perfect fit for what I need and want. 

If your gut is telling you that they aren't the right fit, then they are definitely not the right fit.

I picked up a set of very nice cabinets that my uncle just took out of a kitchen that was only 7 years old that are going to almost perfectly fit in the space i have to work with.

Most experts also feel that if you turn a shovel after entitlements that involves you creating inventory and turns you into a developer.
