I was talking to a couple investors about the properties I'm trying to work and they are willing to work out a consultant fee in the event I do find a buyer.

The event is in Norwood Park ( just outside Chicago by O'Hare) and is not sponsored by any one company.  

Yesterday I made my first step into the real estate community by attending a networking event at Dino's Pizza in Norwood Park, IL which was hosted by Brie Schmidt.

It is illegal to smoke in a vehicle, and some public events, when minor children are present.I once was a smoker, so I know both how stupid it is to do and how hard it is to quit.

Also look on the site for the monthly meet-up event that goes on every month, typically the first Thursday.Other than that, keep reading, keep working and keep motivated.

I would not rely too heavily on that as a mechanism for capital recovery in the event of default and foreclosure.
