I too for many years thought that it was life that dealt me some bad cards but now I know that it was my own thoughts, choices (or lack of them), actions (or lack of them) that really put me where I was. 

I do have his card I will reach out to him.  

I use pre-paid cards like Mango Money (6%) and NetSpend ( 5%) to park my cash, pm me if you need info.

Next have business cards made and leave  one with every customer you serve .

I did not even have business cards until 8 years into landlording business.

Then, within 24 hours of filling the online form, you have to take the signed acknowledgement, a hard copy of the ST-1 form, along with your PAN card, proof of residence and the Constitution of the Applicant to the nearest Commissionerate, with whom you are registering yourself.

However, I have some credit card debt that I need to pay off and then I will start saving for my down payment.

This is a credit card, friends and family deal, if you want cheap money...

try door knocking, it's cheap (take plenty of business cards or some kind of printed material with your info on it).
