Every project will provided you with some good return depending on the resources that you and your partners put.Flips and house development are in a similar category so you can start with a flip, but as @Jonathan Greene said it can go though, so if you don't have an experience partner you should start small.

You have some options definitely since you have experience.

It needs alot of Expertise and Experience, and if you have neither I suggest be very cautious.

No one is perfect, and we certainly have had times where we were not proud of the experience we provided to our guests.

I am sure there are some DST Sponsors charging 15-20%, in my experience the fees are closer to an average of 7.5%-10% in total; not a single Broker Dealer fee.

Without these workers, Hilton Head wouldn’t be what we know it as today and we wanted to give them the best experience possible.
