About an hour south in Wilmington you may have better luck with flips owing to the fact that its a larger city with a college and a more diverse employment base. 

I've been very drawn to house flipping although I am skeptical since it's all over the media and I don't like to agree with most of what it promotes.

I see a lot of folks giving you advice here, but much of it seems to be based upon promoting their self-interest.What are your goals with your investing?

Beyond that, most people are just dreaming of “one day” when they reach a milestone like a promotion or a raise because they believe that achievement will allow them to invest.So, high five.

Keep in mind Milwaukee is a diverse city and can change from block to block so zip codes are only so useful.
