According to WalletHub, Toledo has just been ranked the 89th best city in the country to start a business and is the 3rd best city in Ohio to start a business, following Cincinnati and Columbus.

Investors should invest here because of our diverse economic base and long term tenant pool. Toledo has a very strong healthcare system and an aging population. Therefore we have a lot of consistent demand for traveling nurses and doctors, medical students, and others.

Our economic base includes:

Chrysler - Toledo is home of the Jeep manufacturing facilities

Amazon - Toledo has 2 Amazon facilities

Dana Inc. - Fortune 500 automotive company

Promedica Health - One of the largest healthcare providers in the nation, which has their own insurance company too, Paramount Insurance.

McLaren - Another large healthcare provider in the Toledo area

Owens Corning - Fortune 500 Roofing, Insulation, and building materials company

Owens Illinois - Fortune 500 Glass Manufacturing company

The Andersons - Fortune 500 Agriculture Company

The University of Toledo -  Our university has one of the best engineering and medical programs in the country

Bowling Green State University - Another great university, specializing in education and arts

100's of Bars & Restaurants - Toledo is one of the cities with the most restaurants per capita
