. ;-)  its just a lead source I would not follow their advice of course .. just a lead source its like a loose MLS for sub too.. you can always say no. 

And of course, making sure they are exceptional quality.

If you pay the electric bill, do you pass that on to the renter, or is the rent increased because it includes electricity.There are usually tax credits for a solar install.
