So I hope you take my message to heart and start your education process.

While working for a large rental company, we had 2 death incidents at different locations within 3 years, it's heart wrenching and people just plain don't watch their kids they prop the gate open to run to grab something or turn their back for a moment and POOF the kid is dead. 

It is a school at heart, with a mentor who won't let you fail because they joint venture on all your deals.

Forced appreciation (or as he calls it, value play) is now at the heart of my RE business.I don't have a copy of the book in front of me to answer your specific question but I do remember creating my own spreadsheets based on his figures and noticing that some of them seemed wrong.

The first time you meet, the manager will probably say no, but don’t lose heart.

Also some of the crowd funders will go pretty low for sweet heart CA deals.

MH for the majority do not gain equity unless in the heart of silicon valley.

If I don't due that however I risk losing the tenants in property A that due to other barriers could be great long term tenants.I'm torn and unsure if I should think with business sense or my heart. 

Don't let your heart make you purchase a deal, use your head.
