The bad news in my case is that a year after we replaced the compressor on my 20 year old heat pump unit, it finally started to leak elseware and the heating cooling capacity diminished and we determined it was time to replace. so hopefully your compressor buys you some more time, but know that other issues can still develop.That timeframe is frustrating but relatively reasonable.

There are a number of low-profile co-working spaces in SF that are very low-end - I worked in one that had no heating or cooling, and it got very hot and cold (but it was cheap!).

From the day she moved in she's been complaining about the smallest things(its been 2weeks); one blind missing roller, missing lightbulb in chandelier, requesting a new fridge despite having a working one(i purchased a new one), AC is not cool enough and i just updated the duck and system is less than 4yrs old.

These are licensed individuals whom I have been working with for over a decade who are loved by all other tenants except these.Most recently, there's apparently a slew of electrical issues in the house, including a few outlets that don't work, the A/C not cooling, along with the faulty lightbulb in the garage.
