I am new to multi family REI. Not knowing much, but learning hard. About to close on a 4 units soon. Any tips or advices from the pros out there as far as property management goes? Any other tips would also be appreciated.

@Robert M. Thank you for sharing. I feel the same way and haven’t looked into anything in multnomah county. The property I’m working on closing is in kfalls since my job is here. Plan to owner-occupy to gain some experience. Will eventually look into other markets in different states.

What’s your current buy/hold market?
