Hi BP,Quick question for multifamily owners.We have had several tenants in a 4 unit building complain about noise (video games and small children yelling) mainly on the weekends and late at night as well as cigarette smoke smell when neighbors turn heat on. 

But my third house texted the other day complaining of a gas smell in the house (to which I replied call the gas company!!!)

No one's credit score can tell you their story, teach you their body language, it can't tell you when they lie, their motives, their intentions, or their ambitions.

I found a body color that works well on almost any exterior, but I like to vary the exterior trim colors in response to the style of the house.

You can practically smell the backwards hick in the local accent as they ask the miserable question.Young professionals are NOT flocking to Pittsburgh as the place to be.

Being that the tennis courts are usually near the pool, I would caution a dog park as the smell can carry.

When we went into the unit it was about 100 degrees (in the winter) and smelled like something had died in there.

So, given these parameters, if I'm a "house hunter" whenever I think I smell a hint of a good deal, I'm going to call you (like a telemarketer).  

What governing body is going to fine or sanction you for using this?
