The truth is, I am more focused on things not often discussed on BP (things like creating leverage, acquiring blocks of, and improving entity structure for large SFR portfolios, or the eventual securitization of rental income).

If you need a manager, go with questions related to management, if you need a mentor, look for someone who has a broad knowledge and has been around the block, maintenance look for a contractor.
