I'm considering using an auction to move it but a little worried about marketing cost.Would you be excited about the equity if i presented this to you?

1) you have very little to fear with an IRS lien in a foreclosure auction, assuming the mortgage was recorded prior to the lien(usually true because the lender wouldn't grant the mortgage with a primer IRS lien).

Do you mainly look on the major realty websites or do you find your deals through other means, such as yellow letters and auctions.

Is FHA taking an aggressive approach to liquidating properties through the courthouse auction before they go to HUD's inventory?

Today I won the bid on a 9-10 unit (3 - three bedroom, 6- two bedroom) apartment building at a public auction.

So, I've been investing in tax lien certificates in Florida for a number of years and had only my second tax deed application actually make it to auction today.
