My close friend put new carpet in the 3 bedrooms for $350 so replacing that would be a minor expense.

Honestly, I have difficulty putting on door locks in bedrooms, not handy at all.

Rented 3 Bedroom and 1 Bath - rented for $460 per month.

Perhaps multifamily units, or apartments/condos that have 4+ bedrooms.

Just a few minutes from duplex, so same general area. 3 bed/1 bath, but must pass thru one room to get to 3rd bedroom.

It is basically broken into two sections: 125th-149th is less desirable but you can pick homes up for much cheaper and rent is between 400-600 a month depending on bedrooms, upkeep etc. 150th on is a really great spot in Cleveland but mostly SFH.
