With few exceptions I rarely ever see a toter and set up crew work for much less than the flat 10k to disassemble, transport, prep the new site, and reset any multi-section MH.Especially with so many new site prep and set up requirements i.e. tie down systems, (TDS), earthquake resistant bracing systems, (ERBS), permanent foundation systems (PFS), etc along with proper site prep protocol, pedestal and/or infrastructure upgrades etc.

The property is basically flat, fairly rocky soil in the area, and engineering has been done to call for #4 rebar at 12" on center with a 4" slab with beams ranging between 2-3 ft.Now to the question... the builder that is helping me along the way got a quote of $13,000.
