Learn to read that data to the point you can do a quick walkthrough of a property and are able to "ballpark" a value quickly and confidently. 

This has helped a lot in terms of employee overall happiness and in addition helps us to keep the correct people in the company - if they are able to prioritize, work and achieve their goals without us micromanaging, it is a huge win for them and for the company. 

It's also hard to tell how many years it took them to achieve a full time income.
