I need to have the payment they make each month on their mortgages reported to at least one of the credit agenciesI need a servicing company that has the ability to report the history each month to one of the Credit agencies.

The original bill would have essentially removed the ability to do LO's.The final bill was highly amended, but so many of the rumors that are still out there are based on the original bill.

Your intentions to cover the debt are really irrelevant and in some cases are beyond your ability to control the situation.

 @Kathleen Miles I will preface that I assume you are referring to the wholesale model where the Wholesaler gets a property under contract to assign to another buyer with no intention or ability to close without finding an end buyer ?
