Hello BP Community - This question pertains to purchasing properties at auction and if you use an auction service (investment group that allows access to their website, data and checks title, etc.) or if you do it yourself through some other site that composites all auction data, such as PropertyRadar.I've bid on properties at auction in the past using an auction service and am considering doing it again.

The city has it appraised at $237,950, and various real estate website have the estimated value higher than that.The original goal was to BRRR it and sell it in 3-5 years.

Browsed the turnkey-reviews.com website and it's pretty much all five star reviews.Of 110 reviews, there is only 1 one star review and 5 four star reviews.  

However, when I go to the Hero Program Website (https://www.heroprogram.com/faq) I find the following info: "Q: Can I sell or refinance my home if it has a HERO assessment?

This website is amazing, the hardest part for me was finally telling myself I understand the basics and will learn the rest as I go (they refer to it often on here as analysis paralysis). 

I get a lot of off Market deals from my website and can add you to my buyers list.

You can reach out to local churches...and let them know of your accommodations, many have bulletin boards and websites where they will post those types of things for their congregation to see.
