Take the long view and realize there are many necessary skills and techniques and processes you will need to learn and implement in order to actually create a business out of this.

This may also require a higher skill set of dealing in the sunlight for some!

As well as Contractor Interest, Skill and Availability.I've heard it said "Quality-Time-Price.... pick two."

So as of now i will just continue to hone my skills in analyzing properties and continue to learn as much as i can while i save up some money.
