Hey again BP,

Although I have some experience in being a manager at a pizza restaurant in the past, I'm looking to develop my leadership skills as an entrepreneur. I am in the beginning stages of starting up my own business and it is pretty intimidating with all he new responsibility of being the man in charge and bossing people around that may be older and more seasoned than me. Looking for that happy medium between dictator and push over.

What are some good books, videos, podcasts, etc. you would recommend?

@Micah Copeland I agree, I have it on audiobook and listen to it a few times a year. Been listening to it the past few weeks actually.
