Hi ThereI finally got first investment SFR and now I am under contract, close date will be end of Sep.I get the home inspection reports and attached file is some of major concern items.Since it is build 1994, the home in general is pretty good shape but these few items, i am not sure how much cost will be if i am going to fix.

After talking to a client after multiple follow ups she finally began opening up to me and said she wouldn’t mind selling it to me, only issue is there is a lis penden that was filled from 2018 and the original lady she said she was going to sell it to(also the tenant)couldn’t afford the property anymore, after her husband of the time passing and still can’t.
