I anticipate that is how future attempts to help will result.With that said, my mentor gave me guidelines that essentially revolve around restricting all future communications to be formal and tied to only either rent, or sending reminder notifications of the last day of tenancy.

It looks like they can cancel (with an unsatisfactory inspection report -- which they all are) within the inspection notification period.
