If you are looking for 30 year fixed rates or shorter term solutions. I can help, with 30 year fixed rate commercial real estate loans in any state. It matters not if you finance them under a business entity or personally finance them. Rates are in the low 5's on short term loans to the low 7's on the 30 year term loans.
