I am a newbie to investing and new to this platform.

Agents / Brokers / Property managers sit on top of of a sphere of influence, a myriad of social media platforms, and a desire to excel and secure a stake in life for themselves and their family.  

Are there any 3rd party platforms you use (other than your own program) that you have used to analyze a market, or do you always just look at a handful of properties and compare them?

There is a ton of free information online in addition to coaching and mentorship platforms where you'd have access to even more information which is great if you're set on wholesaling and your investment/RE career strategy.

I tend to like Q&A type platforms and then learn that way.

Just the fact that you found this platform and are thinking about these hard questions means you're on a great path. 

I use a lease that I purchased from an affiliate (I forget the name) of TurboTenant, which is the platform I use to advertise my vacant properties. 

I hope this particular instance from my investment journey can serve as an inspiration and a guide for fellow investors on this platform, and I would welcome and greatly appreciate any feedback or comments.

I haven't been able to find a good comp that is pending, active or has sold in the last year.Looking for recommendations for a platform or resource I can use to be able to evaluate the listing price.

It is almost scary how clueless some of these people are and unfortunately they have a platform to share their bad ideas.
