For example, if a guest were to stay at your place and have no issues with watching TV, charging phones, washing clothes, taking showers, cooking, lighting, etc., they wouldn't know the difference between your place and the other place they could have booked.

Basement is used for laundry and storage, which is equally divided for each unit.Driveway and 2 car garage as well!

I have a 3 unit property with coin laundry I stay in one of the units I get along with my neighbors and I have noticed that they go to the laundromat  I am wondering has anyone ever offered their neighbors to use their coin laundry..

The best recommendation I have had so far was from several washing machine repairmen who have said they never get calls for Speed Queen washers.

Car dealers, car wash, and some very large job producers are in the works also.

With water bill usage that is outrageous (80g/person-daily; no laundry in house!)

Short term rentals are more time consuming (can be like a part time job - but so can managing regular rentals) but tend to produce more income.The East End of Long Island is incredibly difficult without a lot of cash - high end rentals want high end amenities and upkeep of the property (I’m thinking paint refreshed more often, power washing the house & patio, etc).  

Money in will be  rent, any other charges you may have like late fees, laundry profit etc.

My position is really boots on the ground. i am in charge of communicating with guest, scheduling the cleaning team and taking the laundry to the cleaners, dealing with issues incase something on the property isn't working, double checking the cleaning teams work to make sure the property is in tip top shape.

Toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, branded soap and shampoo, coffee, etc.
