For example, if a guest were to stay at your place and have no issues with watching TV, charging phones, washing clothes, taking showers, cooking, lighting, etc., they wouldn't know the difference between your place and the other place they could have booked.

Short term rentals are more time consuming (can be like a part time job - but so can managing regular rentals) but tend to produce more income.The East End of Long Island is incredibly difficult without a lot of cash - high end rentals want high end amenities and upkeep of the property (I’m thinking paint refreshed more often, power washing the house & patio, etc).

My position is really boots on the ground. i am in charge of communicating with guest, scheduling the cleaning team and taking the laundry to the cleaners, dealing with issues incase something on the property isn't working, double checking the cleaning teams work to make sure the property is in tip top shape.
