This is in FL and the lease says "We will not be liable for any damages, loss, or injury to persons or property occurring within your dwelling or upon the premises.

Huntsville ranked the best in this metric at only 14.1% of the median household income.However, the low property tax rate of just 0.41% of the median home value—the seventh lowest in the country—may seal the deal.

My question is, do I qualify as having lived in the house for this time, to get around the 2 out of 5 years capital gains tax rule?

I purchased my first and only deal at this point off the MLS.... 

What are the downsides or risks that I would be taking by doing this?
