Remodeled kitchen, both bathrooms, painted the entire interior, remodeled basement bedroom that’s doing well as an AirBnb.

The previous landlord or property manager apparently thought hollow interior doors were ok to put on as entry doors; no bueno. 

Seems a red flag to me just closing an interior wall and divide the property it in two different areas.

Thus allowing escape from interior threats/fire etc.

The entire exterior is made of this as well as some interior walls that are probably load-bearing. 

Waiting to get inside to inspect the interior units. 

There was a hole in the interior wall of the new addition, so obviously I took a look.

We also have plans to upgrade curb appeal, minor reno to bathrooms, change interior doors and light fixtures.
